DeliNew upgrades to the Tot Lot Park will be constructed at Avenue 53 and Calle Empalme. It will feature age-appropriate play structures, shade sails, benches, and perimeter fencing. This pocket park provides much-needed safe green space for toddlers and caregivers in a fast-growing populated residential area. Design elements will include greening enhancements such as trees, shrubs, and new landscaping.
